Future Sources fulfilment system is established for product or information stock control and distribution. From receiving requests through a variety of channels (including mail, phone, fax, email or websites), through data capture, pick pack ship, order tracking, stock control and reporting, all aspects of the system are electronically managed and auditable.

We can provide collection, verification and capture of information requests, product purchases and competition entries, from mail, fax, telephone, email or websites.

Distribution through a variety of methods including Parcel Post or overnight couriers is available, with signature on receipt and real time tracking if required.

The flexibility inherent allows for staging of weekly or daily run processing and reporting on any areas contained in supplied data. Tracking by source or media codes for multi channel advertising allows accurate cost per sale and ROI calculations to be made as the campaign is in progress.

Stock is held in secure premises, and insurance is available as required. Stock control includes established reorder points to ensure that stock levels are always maintained based upon order frequency and products required.

Our experienced hand processing staff are also experts at show bag or sample collation, and jobs that require care and attention with gluing, tip-ons, or intricate hand folding.
